Job Description

The Export Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the international sales strategy for our FMCG products. This position requires a dynamic individual who can navigate the complexities of global trade while ensuring compliance with international regulations. The Export Manager will be responsible for developing and executing export plans, managing relationships with international clients, and identifying new market opportunities. This role is essential for expanding our brand presence in foreign markets and achieving our sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies to increase market share in international markets.
  2. Manage and oversee the export process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient shipment of products.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and clients to foster business growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
  5. Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to align export strategies with overall business objectives.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports on export performance and market insights to senior management.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients to maximize profitability.
  9. Conduct training sessions for sales teams on export processes and international market dynamics.
  10. Participate in international trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential clients.

Job Requirements

  6. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
