Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive online visibility and engagement for our advertising agency. The Digital Marketing Head will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract clients, and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a creative mindset, and a track record of delivering successful online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital marketing team, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, SEO, email, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform digital strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.

  • Any special requests as per your direct manager when needed.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (preferred).
