Job Description

Schedule and coordinate the CEO's calendar and meetings, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary.
Liaise between executives/business developers and clients.
Manage phone calls and emails with professionalism.
Facilitate/improve company workflow (e.g. distribute vital information, manage filing systems, take meeting minutes, prepare correspondence reports for publications/presentations)
Troubleshoot challenges as they arise.

Female.

Flexibility to work in US timing from 1 pm to 10 pm
English fluency “written and spoken” is a MUST.
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent Communication, organizational abilities and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.
international calls experience is a must.
