Job Description
- Lead and manage R&D projects from concept to product launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, marketing).
- Develop project plans, timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of new products.
- Analyze data and prepare technical documentation and reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in R&D project management within the medical devices industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and quality standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA QSR.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
