Job Description
- Lead the daily operations of the snacks production facility, including production, maintenance, warehousing, and utilities.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and health and safety standards.
- Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer and market demand.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
- Coordinate closely with quality, procurement, HR, and supply chain departments.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including OEE, yield, waste, downtime, and labor efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the operations budget, including CAPEX and OPEX.
- Drive team development, staff engagement, and performance culture.
- Lead operational audits and ensure adherence to local regulatory and international compliance standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Solid background in the snacks industry or food production is essential.
- Strong understanding of production technologies, process flow, and automation.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and manufacturing KPIs.
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site.
