Midea Electric Egypt is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Consumer Insights R&D Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating customer needs into innovative product features and specifications. This role involves conducting market research, gathering customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop home appliance solutions that enhance user experience and meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer research through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand pain points, preferences, and expectations.
