Job Description
- Study the project contract documents.
- Preparing Reviewing and modified electrical designs, load estimations, panel schedules, calculation and single line diagrams.
- Prepared, checked, and approved bills of quantity (BOQ).
- Preparing required shop drawings for all systems.
- Reviewing and coordinate the shop drawings with the subcontractors.
- Managed the preparation and approval of as-built drawings.
- Issued RFIs/RFPs to address discrepancies or conflicts in project documents.
- Prepare and follow up the variation orders.
- Supervised subcontractors-outsources to ensure job completion
- Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report.
- Conducting and organizing quantity survey data for various projects.
- Assisted in the selection and procurement of materials and equipment.
- Managed material approval, testing, and receipt processes.
- Conducted off-site inspections of electrical equipment and materials for regulatory compliance.
- Planned and managed timely delivery of all necessary technical documents and drawings.
- Follow up execution of work at site and provide the site with the necessary technical information.
- Preparing purchase requests and determining the site’s needs.
- Participated in project meetings, providing thorough clarifications and technical insights.
- Ensured adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-7 Years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
- AutoCAD
- Revit
