Job Description
-Preparation of product trials (Lab Scale, Pilot Scale & Large Scale).
-Collect data from scientific references and internet, Keep the data, the scientific development & research in pharmaceutical manufacturing & prepare reports about the developments in drug manufacturing & products.
-Adjust and request raw materials according to the production preparation guidelines & scientific development from planning department which is the contact between the production & warehouse department & responsible for controlling & reviewing the quantities & types of the raw material from the related departments.
-Prepare trials, pilot and production batches on the current & the new products, follow up & evaluate the results.
-
Job Requirements
-Bachelor degree of pharmacy is a must .
-Experience from 5 :7 years in pharmaceutical formulation development, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
-Pharmaceutical industry experience is a must .
- Familiarity with scale-up, technology transfer, and pilot plant activities.
-Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulation principles and pre-formulation studies.
-Knowledge of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
-Experience in working with analytical, manufacturing, and quality teams.
-Knowledge of equipment used in formulation and process development.
-Leadership and team management skills.
-Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
