Midea Electric Egypt is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented R&D-Senior Lab Engineer will be Responsible for ensuring testing of key functionality, safety and compliance with technical standards (internal/external) and providing improvement proposals. Understand and apply each country test standard to components and complete products. experience and meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define appliances test Plan.
• Follow, analyze, review, report, and document test results for front load washing machine/washer dryer and Top load washing machine.
• Lab utilities & infrastructure equipment management such as follow-up, calibration, maintenance, and improvement.
• Represent MIDEA in local governmental committees, universities, labs and agencies for technical product issues (e.g. Energy Label, Noise, Safety, Performance, regulations, …. etc.)
• Design and develop test equipment Ensure proper maintenance of testing equipment. 
• Prepare/instrument products for testing. 
• Lab consumables forecast and management.
• Support Platform or technology teams & Product Care in relevant testing, validation, provide improvement proposals to Platforms or Technology development.
