Job Description
- Good knowledge in design and shop-drawing of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC 501) and international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC)
- Oversee mechanical drawings, designs, and technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, Structure and Electrical Design Teams.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience,
- Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit is must
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
