Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Duties:
- Arranges meetings as required ensuring availability of all required preparations and material.
- Attends meetings and documenting a professional meeting minutes reflecting all information relayed during the meeting accurately and follow up assigned projects status as required.
- Prepares and maintain agendas, action topics and issues list, and plans; ensuring professional follow up with other involved parties and preparing a status report for any assigned work projects as required.
- Produces information by transcribing, format, input, edit, retrieve, copy, and transmit text, data, and presentations.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information as requested by manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- New cairo residency or nearby is preferable
