Job Description

Media Planning & Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Apply different digital strategies according to marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop comprehensive media buying and planning strategies to meet business needs.
  • Plan and allocate media budgets across various channels to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze media performance data to optimize future media buys and plans.

Campaign Management:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Use various digital tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor competitors' online marketing activities to identify effective tactics.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders (sales, e-commerce, logistics, call center, etc.) to achieve campaign targets.

Performance Analysis:

  • Measure and analyze marketing results to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Benchmark campaign performance monthly and annually.
  • Conduct audits and analysis of campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.

 

Tool Mastery:

  • Master use of Data visualization tools.
  • Master use of Paid Media tools.
  • Master use of Web & App Measurement tools.
  • Master use of Tracking tools. (GTM)

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a performance marketing role, with strong experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Minimum of 7 - 10 years working experience in digital and performance marketing.
  • Profound use of digital and social media tools.
  • Knowledgeable about campaign impact on E-Commerce performance.
  • Updated with digital marketing tools & able to identify the best tools to achieve objectives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using Martech tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
