Job Description
Business square is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to:
Lead all marketing initiatives, build brand awareness, drive client engagement, and support business growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans across digital, print, and event channels while working closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and attract new clients.
• Oversee all online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, website updates, print media, and events.
• Lead the content creation process
• Analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to deliver high-quality marketing materials
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Support the sales and leasing teams by developing marketing tools and lead generation activities.
• Represent Business Square’s brand values across all communication channels.
Job Requirements
- Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM platforms).
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of brand management and market research techniques.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English
- Preferred Skills:
• Experience in coworking spaces, real estate, commercial leasing, or service industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Graphic design knowledge (basic Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus.
