ITGoals is looking for BMC Remedy Administrator – CMDB to work remotely with our KSA-based client on long term projects.
Job Requirements
Role & Competency
- Strong Creating Custom Process Flow and Approval Flow
- Strong CMDB User - using user interface
- Strong Creating Custom forms & Fields
- Good Remedy setup and configuration
- Good Upgrade & Migration knowledge
- Good Users, groups, assignment, approval, processes configuration
- Good Troubleshoot SR, INC, CRQ out of the box flows and fix issues
- Good Smart IT & Digital workplace configuration
- Good Smart Reporting Configuration
- Good Service Request definition (SRD) creation
- Good Integration with 3rd party (API, Web-Services, DB)
- Good CMDB Admin – running job – setup , monitor
- Plus Service level agreement (SLA) configuration
- Plus ORACLE DB / SQL language knowledge
- Plus Platform (Windows, Unix)
- Plus ITIL Certified
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT
- Experienced in ITSM solutions (2-4 years)
- BMC Remedy experience (1-2 years)
