Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative person to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and campaigns’ reach.
- Creating and managing content for our social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience as a social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Being a gamer is a plus
