Job Description
- Manage Recruitment & selection processes as per the manpower budget plan, including ad-hoc positions, temporary staff & internships
- Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.
- Ensure all employees’ records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Develop & update Job Descriptions & job requirements regularly
- Organize new employee orientation, on-boarding and induction training programs.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
- Identify and assess training and development needs, including the execution and follow through of the training and development plans
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- conducting exit interviews and analyze the main reasons for Employees turnover rate and develop recommendations.
- Assist in development implementation of human resource policies & procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business administration or any related filed.
- HR certificate (preferably)
- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting both Blue and White collars
- Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good English Language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Outlook) , Visio & Google Sheets .
- Very good analytical skills.
