Job Description

Taiseer is an innovative fintech startup offering a unique gold micro-savings platform. We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead our B2B2C partnerships and drive growth in the local and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach businesses with large employee bases for potential partnerships
  • Present Taiseer's value proposition to decision-makers and negotiate B2B2C agreements
  • Meet monthly targets for new business contacts, user acquisition, and payment volumes
  • Develop and nurture relationships with partner businesses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnerships
  • Provide market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Initiate and oversee the initial stages of partnership implementations
  • Stay informed about fintech trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields
  • Strong network and ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers
  • Experience in real estate sales or other relevant industries is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is an asset
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of fintech concepts and trends
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and build processes from the ground up
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
