Job Description

We’re a fast-growing multinational company. We work with some of the biggest billion-dollar revenue brands in the US!

We're looking for someone who's flexible with working evening shifts (8 hours per day) from home and can start immediately!! 

Saturdays & Sundays are the weekend.

Job Description:
Vendor Onboarding:

  • Onboarding vendors into client's systems
  • Drafting and creating email templates for communicating with vendors regarding the onboarding process
  • Explaining and overcommunicating how to use the client's vendor systems
  • Replying to any vendor inquiries and/or requests during the onboarding
  • Following up with vendor status so they finish necessary onboarding steps

Merchandising and Production:

  • Communicating with vendors any missing info needed by production
  • Editing sheets provided with vendors and sending it to vendors
  • Uploading sheets and sending follow up emails so vendor can accept
  • Syncing Variants and inventory
  • Communicating with production in order to get vendors live
  • Occasionally reviewing products and live vendors to correct any inventory or issues
  • Attending meetings with buyers 2 or 3 times a week
  • Replying and handling buyers' inquiries and requests

Customer Service:

  • Creating reports for late orders
  • Sending out late orders emails
  • Handling CS inquiries and communicating them to vendors (such as late orders, PO box addresses, address and contact info communication, vendor returns, damaged items, cancellations, delivered but not received, missing or wrong items, etc....)
  • Having meetings with CS team to follow up on any current issues
  • Creating report for un-synced orders and syncing them
  • Helping vendors with any fulfillment issues they are facing

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Flexible with changes
  • Knowledge of Google apps
  • Good with excel sheets
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner
