Hello
Looking for a customer service for a party supplies business

~Office located in Heliopolis
~Working hours 9/5.30
Friday off

Job description:
- confirming orders with clients 
- Data entry for orders
- follow-up orders
- shipping and deliveries follow-up
- Answer and direct phone calls
- respond clients' messages and requests
- inventory management - Follow up
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- preparesthe  order if needed

Job Requirements


● Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
● Good English is a must
● Excel is a must
● Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
● Attention to detail and problem solving skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
