Job Description
1. Assist the official to deal with daily problems encountered by users, and sort out and improve the customer service workflow;
2. Solve account anomalies, disputes, bug reports, etc. reported by daily users or operations, organize Q&A, and improve user satisfaction;
3. Actively explore user needs, collect local users' opinions and suggestions on product functions, usage habits, etc., and feedback the collected information to the department for processing;
4. Assist the department to plan online and offline product activities to improve user stickiness and revenue;
5. APP Arabic localization translation.
Job Requirements
- College degree, foreign language related major, proficient in English, familiar with Chinese and multiple dialects will be preferred.
- Good word processing and logical judgment skills, good at collecting and organizing documents.
- Good language expression, communication and coordination skills, English and Arabic required, Turkish or Urdu as a bonus.
