Job Description
- Handle customer orders, inquiries, and complaints positively and effectively, ensuring SEOUDI Super Market’s branding and corporate image are maintained according to approved quality standards.
- Respond to inbound customer activities via voice calls and digital channels, addressing all types of inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide accurate information about SEOUDI Super Market’s products and services, and process customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Follow communication scripts smartly while adapting to various topics and situations.
- Build customer loyalty by following up on issues raised and ensuring end-to-end resolution.
- Identify and escalate complaints to the appropriate departments and follow up on corrective actions.
- Deliver a personalized customer experience by identifying needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and offering effective solutions or alternatives.
- Actively promote SEOUDI Super Market products through upselling and cross-selling when relevant opportunities arise.
- Achieve key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, including service levels, quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with all SEOUDI Super Market policies and procedures in a positive and professional manner.
