Job Description

  • Contact potential or existing customers (that did not fully purchase the products) through phone to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Customer Service Department in the showroom.
  • Follow up on all leads generated to filter them and be turned into visits
  • Follow up on all visits as per customer service schedule to assess the customer satisfaction as per planned.
  • Customer reception in case the sales representative is busy.
  • Responsible for data completion for customers in the CRM system.
  • Report to CRM & Telemarketing Head

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiar with using and tracking leads through social media platforms
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to customer engagement
