Introduction: At HIGHBASE TRADING W.L.L, located in Muharraq, Bahrain, we are embarking on an ambitious journey to transform the B2B e-commerce landscape. Formerly focused on distributing wholesale foods and consumer goods across Bahrain, we are now pivoting towards a digital-first approach, halting our classic distribution operations to build the region's largest B2B FMCG e-marketplace. This marketplace is not just a platform; it's a suite of integrated tools designed to facilitate the transition of businesses into the e-commerce realm, aligning with the unique commercial and operational dynamics of the wholesale trade sector. Our e-marketplace serves FMCG businesses in local markets across the region, while also supporting connections between local businesses in regional countries and global businesses and factories worldwide.
We are establishing our back office branch in Egypt next year, and currently, we are hiring a B2B Telemarketing Manager to be part of our expanding team in Egypt. This role is crucial as we set the foundation for our international telemarketing efforts and service operations.
Job Overview:
- Telemarketing and Lead Generation:
- Manage international B2B telemarketing efforts, leading the team to achieve set targets.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies, focusing on lead generation through telemarketing, cold calling, and email marketing.
- Create and manage automated email sequences and CRM tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Develop initial marketing communications to engage and attract new vendors.
- Establish and remotely hire a telemarketing team, ensuring the setup of a strong foundational team structure.
- Service Center Operations:
- Manage incoming queries and support requests from vendors and users, ensuring high-quality service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vendor accounts and marketplace operations.
- Support the onboarding process, providing guidance to vendors for smooth integration into the marketplace.
- Oversee the order center operations, managing the flow of B2B orders to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
- Process and organize vendor and product data, ensuring it is optimized for marketplace use.
- Team Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead and mentor the telemarketing and service operations team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Ability to lead and manage an international telemarketing team working remotely, ensuring alignment with company targets and standards.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with company goals.manage international B2B telemarketing.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing B2B telemarketing and email marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in CRM systems, lead generation, and lead nurturing techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing team.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in managing service center operations.
- Proficiency in data management and marketing tools, including CRM, email automation, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English (fluency required).
- Experience in establishing and managing a remote telemarketing team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing, telemarketing management, and service operations is highly preferred.
Please Note:
- The position is hybrid (remote & on-site) temporarily, until our back office branch opens in Egypt.
- The telemarketing team will be hired and working remotely during the current stage.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
