Job Description
Driver Recruitment & Onboarding:
Develop and implement strategies to recruit a diverse pool of qualified drivers.
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new drivers are properly trained on app usage, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
Training & Support:
Provide continuous training and support to drivers on best practices, app features, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations.
Resolve any issues or concerns that arise from drivers or passengers.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and assess driver performance using app metrics, feedback, and quality checks.
Conduct regular evaluations of driver behavior, performance, and customer satisfaction, providing corrective actions as needed.
Driver Engagement & Retention:
Build and maintain relationships with drivers to foster a positive work environment and ensure high engagement levels.
Implement incentive programs to encourage quality service and increase driver retention.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure that all drivers comply with legal, regulatory, and company safety standards.
Monitor drivers’ backgrounds, vehicle conditions, and driving records regularly to ensure compliance.
Issue Resolution:
Handle driver complaints, concerns, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
Act as the main point of contact for driver-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Data Management & Reporting:
Manage driver data within the app system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Provide regular reports on driver performance, engagement, and any operational challenges to senior management.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role (experience in transportation or app-based businesses is a plus).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a large team of drivers.
Proficient in using mobile apps, GPS systems, and data reporting tools.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
