Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the entire vehicle fleet.
- Ensure timely vehicle maintenance and servicing.
- Manage, supervise, and train fleet drivers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control fleet-related budgets and expenses.

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve fleet-related issues.
- Oversee vehicle acquisition and disposal processes.

- Conduct routine audits and operational inspections.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Deploy and monitor GPS/telematics systems.
- Manage accident responses and emergency protocols.
- Plan and execute fleet expansion or downsizing as needed.
- Report key fleet KPIs to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS/telematics systems.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in budget oversight and cost control.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Ability to train and lead cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
