Job Description

1. Outbound Tour Package Design & Sales:
• Design, price, and sell tailored outbound tour packages, including honeymoons, adventure tours, and luxury experiences, based on client needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on global travel trends, destinations, and travel deals to create competitive packages.
• Work with international travel vendors, including hotels, tour operators, and activity providers, to secure the best rates and exclusive experiences for clients.


2. Flight Ticket Management:
• Handle all aspects of flight ticketing, including booking, issuing, reissuing, and processing refunds as necessary.
• Work closely with airlines to arrange group bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Ensure that all flight details comply with clients’ itineraries and handle any flight-related issues promptly and professionally.


3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Customize services for honeymooners and other special interest clients, ensuring their travel experiences are memorable and stress-free.


4. Operations & Logistics Management:
• Coordinate all travel-related logistics, including ground transportation, accommodations, activities, and special requests.
• Prepare detailed itineraries for clients, ensuring clarity on each aspect of their journey.


5. Marketing & Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote outbound tour packages, honeymoon offerings, and seasonal deals.
• Contribute to the development of content for marketing channels, including website, social media, and newsletters.


6. Financial and Administrative Tasks:
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring each package meets revenue goals and cost controls.
• Manage payment processing, invoicing, and accurate financial record-keeping.
• Track refunds, cancellations, and reissues to ensure all client financial matters are handled accurately and efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in English language speaking and writing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outbound tour operations, with a strong understanding of international destinations and travel logistics.
  • Proven experience in designing and selling honeymoon and custom travel packages.
  • Familiarity with travel management software and GDS (Global Distribution Systems) for flight booking.
  • Proficiency in flight ticket booking, issuing, reissuing, and refund management.
  • Excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills, and excellent customer focus attitude

    Preferred Skills:
  •  Multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  •  Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
