Job Description
- Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for Healthcare providers.
- Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring and professional development classes related to the Continuous Medical Education)
- Marketing available training opportunities to healthcare providers and providing necessary information.
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- MS Office proficiency.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Requirements
- Medical background Preferably Bachelor's Degree in ( Pharmacy or Science ).
- Preferably Post graduate Degree (TQMH ,CPHQ or any other training experience related to project Management).
- Have Experience in the preparation of Conferences and events , awareness campaigns preferably medical.
