Job Description
- Oversee general office operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Responsible for operating license procedures with the concerned government agencies. Provide relevant information requested for appointments.
- Follow up the fleet & transportation monitoring & follow up transportation attendance and maintenance transportation with the drivers.
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Manage facility-related contracts, such as cleaning, security, and landscaping
- Manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities.
- Follow up procedures for industrial safety and with ensure implements the company safety policy &Procedures & follow the uniform procedures.
- Implementing government relations with the difference states and obtaining the necessary licenses.
- Oversee lease negotiations and renewals.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Identify and assess potential risks to the organization.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure business continuity planning is in place.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Administration Management.
- Strong Leadership and Management skills.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
