Job SummaryThe position will play a pivotal role in analysing and assessing OR, IR & Brand Store performanceThe role is regional with a focus on retail fixture assessment, sales management , and affordability programsThe candidate has retail management experience, command in Microsoft office, and strong analytical skill-set.DutiesCollecting and consolidating the sales, store, and competitor data from subsidiaries or the systemAssess subsidiary performance by channel and challenge the marketsAnalyse sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify key performance indicatorsConduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threatsProvide insights on competitive pricing, product positioning, promotions, and marketing strategiesDesign and implement strategic programs to enhance retail performanceFollow up on affordability program performance (Trade-In, Instalment and Buy-Back) & propose new initiativesUnderstand promotion trends, contribution to business and propose effective solutionsFamiliar with distributor management, stock management and distributor motivationResponding to ad-hoc request from RHQ or HQ & communicate effectively with local subsidiariesRequirementsProven experience in retail management, with a focus on the MENA regionStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate sales & M/S data into actionable insightsData visualization — Capable of assessing, analysing and presenting data, trends and sales potential/challengesCapable of analysing promotional effectiveness & impact on salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills6+ years working experience related to retail / key account management / shopper-marketingStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in Excel and Power PointAn analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving and attention to detail and accuracyStrong time management skill where the candidate prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently
