Job Description

 

  • Al Fawzy Dental is hiring new front desk officers from both genders for Dokki branch.
  • Working hours :  Morning shift: 10 am to 5 pm / Night shift: 3 pm to 10 pm for females or 4 pm to 11 pm for males.
  • Days off : Friday
  • Age : 25 - 35

Job Benefits:

1-Bonus and incentives are applied quarterly on overall income.

Job role:

  1. Patient Interaction: Greeting patients as they arrive at the dental office with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Managing the dental office schedule by scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
  3. Billing and Payments: Collecting and processing payments for dental services.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Performing general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Assisting with the completion of patient forms and paperwork.
  5. Phone Management: Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner. Taking and relaying messages to appropriate staff members.
  6. Patient Intake: Welcoming new patients, collecting necessary information, and assisting with the completion of initial paperwork. Providing patients with necessary forms and ensuring they understand the office policies.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the dental team, including dental assistants, hygienists, and the office manager, to ensure smooth workflow. Communicating effectively with dental professionals regarding patient needs and schedules.
  8. Patient Follow-Up: Following up with patients regarding appointment reminders and post-treatment care instructions. Seeking patient feedback and addressing any concerns or issues.
  9. Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative responsibilities.
  10. Problem-Solving: Addressing patient concerns or conflicts and finding appropriate resolutions. Collaborating with the dental team to troubleshoot any challenges that may arise.
  11. Professionalism: Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Upholding the professional reputation of the dental practice.

Job Requirements

  • Working hours :  Morning shift: 10 am to 5 pm

  • Age : 25 - 35
  • English fluency is a must plus other languages is a preferred requirement.

 Job requirements for this position:

  4. Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills to manage appointments, schedules, and patient records. Maintaining an orderly and efficient front office.
  5. Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with dental practice management software and basic computer skills. Ability to use software for appointment scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks.
  6. Phone Etiquette: Professional phone etiquette when answering calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing patient inquiries.
  7. Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling and confirming patient appointments. Managing the dental office's appointment calendar efficiently.
  8. Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative responsibilities.
