Job Description

Main Responsibilities And Duties:

• Handle Import Air & Sea shipments on EXW basis, ensuring timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Approach carriers to obtain competitive shipping quotations, negotiate freight costs, and secure premium service levels.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to place bookings, send shipping instructions, and manage full shipment operations until goods arrive at the warehouse.
• Communicate with local banks for overseas wire transfers, LCs applications, and manage the complete documentation process until receiving Form 4.
• Follow up with overseas suppliers to plan and ship seasonal orders, ensuring stock availability for fashion stores on time.
• Prepare and manage all shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Packing List & Commercial Invoice) within agreed timeframes through Nafeza.
• Coordinate with clearance agents for customs clearance at ports.
