Job Description

  • Receive direct inquiries from customers and prepare offers accordingly.
  • Follow up on presented offers and maintain an organized database.
  • Receive Purchase orders from Customer and maintain an organized database.
  • Processing requests and managing shipment processes with foreign suppliers
  • Timely preparation of import documentation for all air and sea shipments with foreign suppliers.
  • Track shipments across different channels.
  • Air & Sea Booking with Airlines/Shipping Lines Directly and/or Freight forwarders
  • Following up with the Freight Forwarders, courier and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for Import shipments.
  • Following up on clearance procedure with clearance team.
  • Maintaining vessel activity update.
  • Develop weekly tracking reports, outline/schedule for All open orders.
  • Following up with suppliers on status of open orders and resolve all logistics issues.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English written and spoken.
  • Graduate of a Language School.
  • Extensive knowledge of Import & Export Procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge of ACI System Regulations.
  • Previous experience in preparing offers for customers.
  • Engineering Background is a plus.
  • Familiar with Tenders business is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of Import & Export Procedures.
  • 5+ years of Experience.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and large amounts of files and tasks at hand.
