Job Description

  • Link medical exams on the Batrix system to client companies.
  • Follow up on exam statuses and ensure timely completion.
  • Send reports and financial claims to companies via email.
  • Confirm with clients that all required documents for exams are submitted.
  • Resolve any issues that may delay exams, such as missing data or Riyadh Amanah registration.
  • Maintain regular communication with companies that are not sending their employees and encourage consistent attendance.
  • Prepare daily reports tracking all exams on the system.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure collection on due dates.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree – preferably in Business Administration or IT.
  • Previous experience in customer service – preferably in healthcare services.
  • Good computer and tech skills – experience with systems like Batrix is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and flexibility.
  • Age should not exceed 30 years.
  • Open to all nationalities – Saudi dialect fluency is preferred.
  • Previous telesales experience and a customer base is a plus.
  • Open to both males and females.
