Job Description
- Link medical exams on the Batrix system to client companies.
- Follow up on exam statuses and ensure timely completion.
- Send reports and financial claims to companies via email.
- Confirm with clients that all required documents for exams are submitted.
- Resolve any issues that may delay exams, such as missing data or Riyadh Amanah registration.
- Maintain regular communication with companies that are not sending their employees and encourage consistent attendance.
- Prepare daily reports tracking all exams on the system.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure collection on due dates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree – preferably in Business Administration or IT.
- Previous experience in customer service – preferably in healthcare services.
- Good computer and tech skills – experience with systems like Batrix is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and flexibility.
- Age should not exceed 30 years.
- Open to all nationalities – Saudi dialect fluency is preferred.
- Previous telesales experience and a customer base is a plus.
- Open to both males and females.
