Job Description

Eurovan International is Hiring – Admin Assistant

Location: Nasr City (Hay El-Sefarat)
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
 

We are hiring an Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle communication and office tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation)

Coordinate between departments and with management

Schedule meetings and manage calendars

Prepare reports and maintain organized records

Communicate with external parties via email and phone

Assist in managing company social media pages

Monitor and request office supplies

Support the team and help resolve basic administrative issues

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

1 to 3 years of experience in administration or office work

Good English (spoken and written)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Basic knowledge of social media platforms

Fresh graduates with good English and fast learning ability are welcome to apply
