Job Description
Recruit LIPS and Dr Admin consultants by making communications to offer services.
• Follow up on previous communications with targeted consultants
• Create and issue contracts for joining consultants/stakeholders
• Maintain contracts on file securely
• Onboard consultants and inform them of process via meetings/ensure their previous practices are handed over in a smooth process
• Set up consultants’ private practice logistics
• Liaise with hospitals for consultant employment applications (PPs)
• Train consultants on the MMS and dictation systems
• Manage Microsoft office 365 portal for consultant personal and admin emails
• Assign practice numbers to consultants
• Maintain all legal documents for consultants
• Ensure corporate governance is met by obtaining specific paperwork on file
• Ensure security of consultant data and compliance with GDPR
• Liaise with Hospitals and internal teams for consultant queries/issues
• Handle company’s generic email
• Advise and sign off on social media posts to ensure accuracy of information
• Assist in business development tasks/opportunities
• Build and maintain databases and company information
• Manage and coordinate projects
• Chase all applications submitted for consultants (Insurance or PPs)
• Assist in registrations with insurance companies
• Carry out market research as requested, compile data and present to management.
• Assisting with operations, finance and IT projects and tasks as identified by management.
• Maintain confidential information
• Any other duties as reasonably required by management.
Job Requirements
