Job Description

  • This job is part time evenings Monday through Thursday 5 hours each evening.
  • This is a remote contract position
  • Ideal for someone working in Customer Server in English at a hotel or any company that interacts with customers in English online or on the phone.
  • If you are a student available to work evenings or someone with a current job during the day you could be an ideal candidate
  • Ideal for someone completing studies or looking for additional contract employment.
  • There is the possibility of full time work 40 hours a week
  • The job involves interacting with Avetti customers mainly via chat.
  • You will learn our administration environment to support customers to manage their solution.
  • You will help co-ordinate e-commerce orders and provide shipping status or product questions.
  • You will communicate via email, chat and zoom with customers that need help ordering
  • You will help customers configure their products in our e-commerce solution
  • Respond to support inquiries and create tickets
  • You will be supported and communicate with our teams in Canada and UAE
  • This is an opportunity to learn e-commerce.
  • Ideal for someone currently in a customer service role
  • There is some need for data gathering and communication as well
  • Daily reports are required and weekly team meetings via Slack and Zoom.

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as a Customer Service or similar role
  • Ability to communicate to customers to help them order from us.
  • Strong English capability required
  • Strong English written capability required
  • Ability  to work independently and part of a larger team
  • Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Additional certification in training is a plus
  • We assume you have a computer and a reliable internet connection
  • Any skills in management is a plus
