Job Description

  • Manage and organize the executive's schedule and appointments  
  • Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally  
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes/reports  
  • Manage official correspondence (emails, letters, etc.)  
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation systems  
  • Follow up on daily administrative tasks  
  • Provide administrative support to the team  
     

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a secretarial role  
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
  • Ability to work under pressure  
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)  
  • Proficiency in English (an added advantage)
