Job description:

  • Manage and follow up on guest reservations across various booking platforms.
  • Handle front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and POS cash transactions.
  • Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure hotel units meet the highest quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor upcoming reservations and coordinate preparation accordingly.
  • Track inventory levels for laundry and F&B supplies, and process replenishment orders in coordination with the purchasing manager.
  • Assist guests by providing guidance to nearby services, attractions, and shopping destinations.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is a must.
  • Experience in dealing with the public.
  • Microsoft basics.
  • Hospitality experience is an advantage.
