Job Description
- Work on the Attendance report and data collection on monthly basis
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Perform receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating .. etc
- Schedule meetings rooms.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Hand out employee applications.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Job Requirements
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional demeanor
- Very Good communication skills and English language proficiency
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure
