???? Job Summary:

At Dar El Zokora Medical Center, patient satisfaction is at the core of our values. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Senior Patient Experience Specialist to oversee and ensure a seamless, supportive, and effective patient journey. This role involves managing front-desk operations, coordinating appointments and services, tracking medical procedures and reports, and contributing to patient retention and satisfaction efforts.

 

???? Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Office Management & Coordination

  • Supervise and manage reception operations.
  • Coordinate and confirm follow-up reservations with patients.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and communication between departments.

2. Monitoring & Follow-Up

  • Maintain and update manual tracking sheets for:
    • Medical examinations
    • Procedures (Shockwave & Plasma)
    • Medications
    • Laboratory and Radiology requests
  • Follow up with medical teams to confirm procedure completions and request statuses.

3. Retention & Old Case Management

  • Follow up on all old cases and patients from the Code Zone campaign onward.
  • Maintain communication with patients to ensure they continue care and treatment plans.

4. Surveys & Feedback

  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys after each visit or procedure.
  • Analyze feedback and collaborate with management to implement service improvements.

5. Communication & Follow-Up Calls

  • Handle Shockwave & Plasma procedure calls for confirmation and reminders.
  • Respond to online consultation inquiries and ensure timely coordination with specialists.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit the daily system report detailing:
    • All doctor activities
    • Medical requests and their status (done/pending)
  • Send compiled reports to the PX Supervisor every day without delay.

7. Google Reviews Management

  • Monitor and encourage patient reviews on Google.
  • Address negative feedback diplomatically and follow up with concerned parties.

8. Project Follow-Up

  • Support in ongoing Patient Experience and quality improvement projects.
  • Ensure timely execution and documentation of project milestones.

Job Requirements

- Cairo resident
- Bachelor degree
- Good user of Microsoft word and excel programs.
- Good command of English language 
- Very Good communication skills
- People oriented 
- Experience level: 0 to 5 years
