Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk by answering and directing incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in accordance with company security protocols.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared and tidy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, departments, and personnel.
- Support office operations by ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a welcoming environment at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, office management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
