Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  •  Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages and redirect inquiries appropriately
  •  Book appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting rooms
  •  Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and managing correspondence
  •  Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  •  Ensure the reception area is tidy, stocked with supplies, and presentable at all times
  •  Monitor visitor access and maintain office security protocols
