Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
- Manage the reception area and keep it clean and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when required.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide general support to staff and management as needed.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (reception or administrative).
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Good English skills (written and spoken).
