Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing media buying strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Your expertise in media planning, budget management, and data analysis will be crucial in optimizing media campaigns and maximizing return on investment. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective media placement and alignment with marketing objectives.

  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime.
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships
  • Equip clients' brief with an interactive strategic digital marketing plan.
  • Responsible for design and execute integrated digital media campaigns.
  • Analyzing business performance with the help of digital tools and reports.
  • Developing performance campaigns on Facebook / Instagram and Google.
  • Ad-Words.
  • Generating Leads campaigns (s) through a different platform (s).
  • Setting digital campaigns on Snapchat and Twitter.
  • Monitoring digital campaigns on different platforms.
  • Generating Search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Producing keyword analysis and research.
  • Providing competitive analysis and research.
  • Providing competitive analysis and media reporting.
  • Producing digital campaign execution and reporting.
  • Creating media plans and media strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in media buying, media planning, or related roles, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in (Travel agents\ Hotels\ Booking systems) mainly in b2b companies.
  • Strong knowledge of media buying principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various media channels, including traditional and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in media planning and buying tools, software, and platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reports.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with media research tools and data analysis platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving media landscape.
  • Knowledge of the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
