Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and closely monitor the social insurance process to ensure the company's compliance with labor laws.
- Supervise HR cycles, including performance management, talent acquisition, on-boarding, and off-boarding.
- Partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs and develop strategic plans aligned with company goals.
- Design and implement impactful learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct surveys and assessments to gather data on employee experience and organizational climate.
- Analyze data and recommend solutions to address organizational challenges and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with HR team members and company managers to develop and implement a performance management system focused on ongoing feedback and development.
- Work with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees for future roles.
- Develop and execute communication plans to support organizational change initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on Organizational Development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
