Job Description

Responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing vendor partnerships to expand the selection of medical, chemical, and laboratory supplies sold through the company's e-commerce website and mobile app. The Sales Representative will work cross-functionally to negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  1. Research and identify potential vendor partners that can provide high-quality medical, chemical, and lab supplies at competitive prices
  2. Initiate and lead the vendor onboarding process, including contract negotiations, setting up integrations, and establishing performance metrics
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners, addressing any issues or concerns and facilitating open communication
  4. Monitor vendor performance metrics, such as product availability, delivery times, and customer satisfaction, and work with vendors to address any gaps
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop co-promotional strategies and featured product placements to drive sales of vendor products
  6. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expanding the product assortment or optimizing vendor partnerships
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and new vendor opportunities to continuously enhance the company's online offerings
  8. Work closely with the operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience for vendor products

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy or any related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales, product promotions, account management, or vendor management role
  • Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and contract management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive vendor relationships
  • Proficient in data analysis, using CRM systems, and generating sales reports
  • Familiarity with the medical, chemical, or laboratory supplies industry is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
