Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies to meet business goals.
- Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives and maintain employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead performance management,

- Create and manage a performance appraisal system that drives effective development.
- Serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees, resolve conflict in the workplace, and provide benefits for employees.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 1 to 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strong communications skills
- English is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office
