Job Description
Sobek Travel is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Airline Reservation Agent to join our growing team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and selling flight bookings, assisting customers with their travel plans, and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth and professional travel experience.
Job Requirements
- Experience in booking domestic and international flights.
- Proficiency in using global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo,
- Strong understanding of travel routes, pricing, and booking procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to use CRM systems to manage and organize customer and booking data.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to effectively present travel options to clients.
- High attention to detail, excellent time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) is preferred.
