Ticketing Agent – German Speakers
Location: [Maadi-Cairo]
Are you a skilled Ticketing Agent with 2+ years of GDS experience?
Are you fluent in German and ready to join a dynamic, travel-focused company?
The job is a customer service agent for French and German Speakers (GDS Experience is a must) for a tourism company that is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel and tour services for clients.
There will be paid training, 9 hours work shift with one hour break,
working shifts are rotational, there is availability to work from home after the probation period, with a competitive salary which will be discussed during the Interview + medical and social insurance.
Our location in Maadi cairo but soon we will be in Dokki.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Fluent German speaker (spoken & written)
Minimum 2 years of experience with GDS systems is a must (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Passion for travel and attention to detail
