Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Agent to join our growing team. As a key point of contact between Menthum and our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. You will support the onboarding, engagement, and retention of users by addressing their needs, resolving inquiries, and guiding them throughout their journey with Menthum.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat, phone, email, or other channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers through the onboarding process and provide ongoing product guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as Marketing, Product, and Tech) to communicate customer feedback and identify improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role; FinTech or tech startup experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Residency in 6th of October or the surrounding areas is preferred to ensure accessibility to the workplace and timely coordination with team activities.
